We know Friday nights are always busy but be sure to keep yours open this May 27 for a night of live music, great food, and fun entertainment at Springlake. From 5:30pm–9:30pm, the Boardwalk will come alive with live music by talented soloist Chelly Parisi, while entertainers – including a magician, a hula-hooper, and a fire twirler! – will wander among the crowds. Face-painting and a circus play space are sure to delight the kids against the gorgeous backdrop of the lake.

The fun doesn’t stop at the Boardwalk, though, with the family-friendly ‘Springlake Speakeasy’ popping up in Punthill Hotel from 6pm–8:30pm. Mocktails will be served with flair by Dennis Gray, the New Zealand and Australian Flair Bartending Champion. He’s done shows on Australia’s Got Talent and The Bachelor, so make your way up to Punthill to catch him in action! Dennis’ bartending will be set against the sounds of Paul Hogan, the well-known tribute artist with a versatile voice, rounding off this exciting evening at Springlake.

It's not just entertainment waiting for you at Springlake – the incredible eateries will have special offers for the event, such as Izakaya Rin’s $15 five-piece Salmon Truffles, Pattysmiths’ burger, drink, and dessert combo, and Pecks Road’s donuts and tote bags.
