After a successful Prelude with a week of preview menus last December, Kin Eatery & Bar is now officially open for dinner at Springlake. Headed by chef James Kummrow, formally of Fatto and Enoteca, Kin brings a sophisticated, European style of dining to the beautiful lakeside precinct. Their Summer Nights menu includes Fruitti di Mare fish, Chicken Cotoletta, Bistecca beef sirloin steak, and Orecchiette, a traditional Sicilian pasta great for sharing.

Kin is currently open from 4.30pm until late, with breakfast and lunch menus coming soon.

Bookings are preferred – get in contact via Instagram @kin.eatery.bar – but walk ins are always welcome too.
